I. Adults Only

Pervert.Chat is strictly for consenting adults aged 18 or older. No exceptions. This includes any form of role-play or impersonation involving minors, which is strictly prohibited. Users must not upload any images or content involving minors. All violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement agencies. If you are underage or suspect someone is, report immediately. Any accounts identified as belonging to minors will be terminated without appeal.

II. Platform Description

Pervert.Chat is a text-based adult social platform offering real-time erotic and fetish chat services. Community Members engage via private or public messaging — there are no live shows or webcam features. Models and users interact in a purely chat-based environment, where some content (text or images) may be viewable depending on the model’s settings. Promotion of competing services or chat platforms is not permitted within Pervert.Chat.

III. Introduction and Description of the Service

By accessing this Platform, you agree that you may encounter adult themes and graphic descriptions through chat-based messages, including nudity and explicit sexual fantasies expressed in written form. There are no video calls or live stream shows. This agreement ("Terms") is a binding legal contract between you and West Circle Ltd. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must exit the Platform.
Accessing public content on the Platform is free, but to interact with other members or models, you must create an account. Users who send tokens to others are engaging in consensual, paid text chat or image-sharing experiences where permitted.
Community Members eligible to receive tokens are referred to as Models. These individuals offer adult chat and themed content in exchange for tokens within the platform.

Part A – Users

Token Purchases and Payments

Users can choose from a variety of token packages available on the Platform. Token packages may vary in size, bonus offerings, and price. All token purchases are final. Users are encouraged to manage their spending responsibly.

The Platform reserves the right to change pricing, token package contents, and promotional offers at any time, with or without prior notice.

Crypto Payments: If a user pays with cryptocurrency, it is understood and accepted that such transactions are non-reversible and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be subject to chargebacks or disputes. By choosing crypto, you accept this finality.

Pervert.Chat reserves the right to investigate and, if needed, suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or abuse of the payment system.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds will not be issued for used tokens. If you believe you were wrongly charged or a model acted in bad faith, you may contact support@pervert.chat for review, but there is no guarantee of refund. Chargebacks are treated seriously and may result in immediate account termination and blacklisting from future use of our services.

Part B – Models

Earnings and Token Value

Models receive tokens from users for chatting and sharing adult content. The payout rate for tokens can be found within each model's account dashboard or profile section. This payout rate may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the Platform. Any such changes will be communicated in advance to the affected models. Models are encouraged to check their payout settings periodically.

Payouts are processed weekly or bi-weekly as specified in your account dashboard. You must provide accurate payout details (bank account or crypto wallet) to receive earnings.

Crypto Withdrawals

Models opting for cryptocurrency payments must ensure their wallet addresses are correct. Once processed, crypto payouts are irreversible. Pervert.Chat does not reissue or reimburse funds for mistaken addresses or wallet issues.

By requesting crypto payouts, you agree and acknowledge that these transfers are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.

Compliance and Behavior

Models are solely responsible for their content and interactions. You must verify your identity during registration. Any attempt to impersonate others, post illegal content, or violate platform standards will result in removal from the Platform.

You may work on other platforms, but promoting outside services, links, or competitor platforms through Pervert.Chat is strictly prohibited.

IV. No Access by Minors and No Exploitation of Children

Adults Only Enforcement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are underage, you are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform and must leave immediately. Violators will be reported to law enforcement agencies and permanently banned.
Mandatory Reporting: Any suspected minor using the platform will be reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. Reports can be made to legal@pervert.chat and are reviewed urgently. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on any content or behavior involving minors.
Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation: We prohibit all forms of child pornography and simulated or role-played scenarios involving individuals who appear underage. This includes fictional characters, AI images, text-based descriptions, and suggestive content. Any discussion or depiction of minors in a sexual context will lead to an immediate ban and legal action.
Platform Liability: As a platform hosting user-generated content, Pervert.Chat is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. However, we take proactive measures to monitor and remove illegal content and enforce safety standards.
Community Enforcement: If you witness rule violations, including breaches of the Code of Conduct, report them via support@pervert.chat. Reports are reviewed within 5 business days, with serious issues escalated immediately.

V. Account Creation, Usage, and General Terms

Account Registration: Creating an account is required to use the interactive features of Pervert.Chat. All users must verify their email addresses. Models must also complete identity verification and profile setup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are liable for any activity that occurs under your account.

Security: Enable two-factor authentication where possible. Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@pervert.chat. Failure to maintain account security may result in suspension or termination.

License of Use: You are granted a limited, revocable license to access the Platform for personal use only. You may not redistribute, republish, scrape, or reuse content without permission from the content owner or Platform.

Solicitations and Off-Platform Conduct: You may not promote, advertise, or solicit any off-platform services (including live streaming platforms, private payment methods, or contact exchanges). Violations will result in suspension or permanent ban.

Billing Practices: Tokens are the only in-platform currency and are non-refundable once spent. You may request withdrawal of unused deposits (not tokenized) by contacting support, subject to applicable fees or deductions by third-party processors. Multiple account abuse to exploit promotions is a violation and may result in forfeit of bonuses and account access.

Model Earnings & Responsibility: Models are responsible for choosing payout methods and ensuring correct details are listed in their profiles. Payouts are final and are not revisited unless there is a proven technical or clerical error. Disputes involving third-party wallets or accounts will not be mediated by the Platform.

Content Licensing: When a user tips tokens in exchange for media or chat interaction, they are granted a perpetual license to access that content on the Platform. Content may not be redistributed or reuploaded without permission. Models confirm all content they share is owned or licensed appropriately and does not violate copyright laws.

Privacy: We cannot control how users behave with content or personal data you voluntarily share. Use caution and avoid sharing identifiable personal information. All communications may be considered public and are shared at your own risk.

Off-Platform Risks: Meeting other users outside of Pervert.Chat is not recommended. We do not intervene or take responsibility for anything that occurs off-platform, including money exchanges, meetups, or disputes. Always use discretion and follow safety protocols.

Termination: Both users and models may terminate their account at any time. The Platform may also suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms. Termination forfeits all content access and any remaining tokens unless specifically refundable under unused deposit terms.

VI. Content and Intellectual Property

Legal Compliance (18 U.S.C. §2257): Any visual depictions shared via the Platform that involve actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct must comply with U.S. federal record-keeping laws, including applicable 2257 notices. Creators are responsible for all legal compliance, record maintenance, and labeling where required.

User-Submitted Content: All content uploaded, submitted, or created by Community Members, including chats, images, and media (“Community Member Content”), remains the intellectual property of its creator. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant Pervert.Chat a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, distribute, promote, and modify the content to operate the Platform, enhance user experiences, and market or advertise Pervert.Chat across any digital or printed media, including social media. This license is non-revocable for any content that has already been used in marketing or platform promotion.

Ownership and Permissions: You may only upload content you personally created or have permission to use. Submitting third-party content without rights is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights. You agree to indemnify the Platform against any related legal claims.

Download Risk: Content purchased by users may be available for both online streaming and download. You understand that once downloaded, content may exist beyond the Platform’s control. Pervert.Chat is not liable for redistribution by others outside of the Platform’s environment.

Content Deletion Requests: If you wish to delete your content, email support@pervert.chat. We will remove access through the Platform but cannot retrieve or delete copies downloaded by users or used for past advertising campaigns. Any deletion applies only to future availability. All rights previously granted remain valid.

Reporting and Copyright Enforcement: Pervert.Chat does not endorse Community Member Content and disclaims all responsibility for its content. We act on properly submitted takedown requests under the DMCA or copyright law. Repeat infringers will be banned. To submit a takedown or counter-notice, follow our published DMCA procedures or contact support@pervert.chat.

Marketing and Promotion: Pervert.Chat may feature excerpts of model profiles, messages, or visual content in promotional materials. These materials may appear in online ads, affiliate banners, blog features, or other advertising. By participating on the Platform, you consent to such use of your submitted or visible profile content.

VII. Code of Conduct

Community Members must abide by our Code of Conduct. This includes respectful behavior, no harassment, no illegal content, and full compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules without notice. Token giveaways or reward programs may be provided at our discretion. Abuse or fraudulent activity disqualifies participants.

VIII. Miscellaneous

External Links: Third-party links are not under our control, and we are not liable for their content or security. Use them at your own risk. Members may not place third-party links in their profiles or rooms unless authorized by the Platform.

Platform Rights: The Platform, including its code and structure, is the intellectual property of West Circle Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or extract data from the Platform. Bots, scraping, and unauthorized automation tools are prohibited.

Service Disclaimer: Pervert.Chat is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or content accuracy. Users assume all risk for their use of the Platform.

Liability Limits: In no case shall Pervert.Chat be liable for damages exceeding the lesser of your remaining token balance or $250. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

Complaints: To file a complaint about content or conduct, email support@pervert.chat. We may share parts of your complaint with relevant parties during resolution.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Arbitration will be used to resolve disputes, excluding class action or group proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the referenced Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, form the complete agreement between you and Pervert.Chat.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full effect.

Modifications: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
