Summary
All token purchases on Pervert.Chat are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to both users and models.
Token Purchases
- • Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
- • Tokens have no expiration date and can be used at any time.
- • Refunds will not be issued for used, partially used, or unused tokens.
Exceptions & Support
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. technical fault or duplicate charge), contact support@pervert.chat within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank or card issuer are taken very seriously. Any chargeback may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and blacklisting. You will remain responsible for any fees or losses incurred by the platform.
Cryptocurrency Payments
All crypto purchases and payouts are final and irreversible. No refunds or reversals will be issued for cryptocurrency transactions.
Model Payouts
Earnings paid to models are final once processed. Payouts will not be reversed except in cases of proven technical error by the platform.
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
